REALTOR® Referral Program

Our REALTOR® Referral Program is a great way to reward yourself and your home buyer - just for encouraging your client to choose Gas South for natural gas service.

With our Referral program you can earn:
  • $50* for every referred home buyer who selects Gas South service.
  • $25 bill credit† on the first natural gas bill for your new homeowner
  • Discounted natural gas rates for your new homeowner.
REO - Real Estate Owned Properties Program
Managing utility bills for foreclosed properties can be a hassle. Gas South's REO Program takes care of providing reliable and affordable natural gas service, so you can focus on marketing and closing your homes.

Once enrolled, a REALTORS® managing property can receive:
  • One-time $25 incentive for each new REO property enrolled
  • Summary account billing or separate billing options
  • Dedicated REO Account Team for property enrollment and billing
  • $50 referral fee when new homeowner selects Gas South for service.
  • $25 enrollment incentive† and discounted rates for new homeowner
