Did you receive a renewal notification that your business rate plan is about to expire or are you just ready to lock into a fixed rate plan? Gas South makes it easy to move from a variable rate plan to a fixed rate plan or to renew your current fixed rate plan.
Renew Your Fixed Rate Plan
Renewing your fixed rate plan is simple. Gas South will send you a renewal notification sixty (60) days before your Business Fixed Rate Plan expires. We will send a second renewal notification thirty (30) days before expiration and advise you of the new business rate plans available to you. You can renew your rate plan online using
Online Account Services, by calling us at 1-877-472-4932, or by mailing the response card included in your thirty (30) day notification letter.
You only need to contact us if you wish to sign up for a new Business Fixed Rate Plan. If you do not contact us before the expiration date in your renewal letter, you will automatically be moved to our Business Variable Rate Plan
Change Your Rate Plan
Variable rate customers can move to a fixed rate plan anytime. Changing from a variable rate plan to a fixed rate plan is simple. You can change your rate plan online using
Online Account Services or by calling us at 1-877-472-4932.
Fixed rate customers will be notified when they are eligible to change/renew their fixed rate plan without incurring an early cancellation fee. Not sure when your fixed rate plan expires? Call us at
