The difference between your Budget Bill Payment Plan payments and your actual charges. If your actual charges are less than your total payments, you will have a credit (negative) balance. If your actual charges are more than your total payments, you will have an outstanding (positive) balance.

The most common measurement of gas volume. One Cubic Foot is equal to the amount of gas required to fill one cubic foot under standard temperature and pressure. 1 Cubic Foot is approximately 1,025 British Thermal Units (BTUs). 100 Cubic Feet = 1 CCF.

This fee on your bill is for servicing your account and is based on your credit score and rate plan selected.
The number of days of gas consumption between your Meter Start and Meter End meter read dates.
This Atlanta Gas Light Company (AGLC) factor is an estimate of how much natural gas pipeline capacity must be reserved for a residence or business and is based on a customer's demand on the system on the coldest day of the prior year. AGL is responsible for determining and recalculating the DDDC on an annual basis and updates your DDDC each September. The DDDC is used to calculate AGL Pass Through Charges and business Interstate Pipeline Charges.
The measure of a customer or system's natural gas requirements over a period of time.

(re)establishing their credit. This program allows you to obtain natural gas service by paying the expected charges for gas you will use over the next 30 days, at the beginning of the service period. No deposits are required under this program.
This amount is your actual charges minus your Pay-As-You-Go Amount (forecasted charges) for that period.
